Sharktower uses the popular framework to manage the lower-level detail of your project. Within the Sharktower Kanban you'll find all the work items (tasks, risks, issues, stories, and decisions) associated with the project. There are 3 'buckets' which split the work into Not Started, In Progress, and Complete. You can drag work between these buckets to update the status.


If you're working across multiple projects you can use My Kanban to see all the work that has been assigned to you. When making changes to items within My Kanban it will update the project it relates to.
