On the Projects page, you can see the status and progress of all your projects, along with their next upcoming milestones.

Note that the view on this page will depend on the number of projects you have access to.

Each project in the portfolio is represented as a tile so that at a glance you can see the following:

• Overall RAG status
• The next milestone
• The number and status of activities
• Progress in the previous week compared to what's planned for the next week
• Resourcing status

Filters

Filters can be used to concentrate on the information you need most.

You can filter by RAG status by hiding projects with particular statuses, or those with no status set. You can also select to view projects from an individual portfolio, belonging to a specific manager or with specific labels. Use the free text area to search for a specific project by name.

Adding a new project

To add a new project when you are in the Projects page, click the 'CREATE PROJECT' tile.

Templates

The toggle in the top right of the page will take you to the project templates area - from here you can create a template plan, tasks and meetings for new projects to use. See here for more detail.
