This is your personal information space. You can see an overview of all project activity and be alerted to anything that needs your attention. And any upcoming meetings are also displayed.
It’s your starting point, with Delivery Insights giving you immediate updates, and with Focus for the Day, you can choose priority tasks and focus your efforts where they’re needed most.
Each project title in the Delivery Insights section can be clicked to see the corresponding project overview.
Newsfeed
Newsfeed recommends work items that you may be interested in following to keep up to date on their progress. By following, you will receive notifications on:
- Changed due date
- Moved to complete or in progress
- Moved to blocked or unblocked.
There are 2 actions available on each newsfeed tile (as seen above.) Click the bell icon to follow/unfollow an item. Or the hide icon if you don't wish to see an item again.
Focus for the day
Focus for the Day helps to give you clarity on must-do items and helps you avoid getting lost in your Kanban when there's a lot going on. It's also a really quick way to clean up your kanban if it's got cluttered.
