It's important to specify who is working on your project - by adding users to your team, they become eligible for attending meetings and having items assigned to them in the project. Navigate to the Settings page on your project, and here you can add users to your project.

Click in the ADD USERS field and start typing the name of the user you wish to add to your project. If you need to create a new user, see here for more information on how to do that.

Removing users from your project

To remove a user from your project, simply click the 'X' next to their name.

Note that this simply removes them from the project - they still have access to Sharktower. To disable the user, an administrator must do this from the admin panel - click here for more information.

Changing the project manager

By default, the project manager is set to the person who created the project (unless they change this during the creation process). To change the project manager of the project, click on the project manger in the Settings page and select the desired user from the dropdown list.

Note that the original project manager will then appear in the Team list as a Project Delegate. They can be removed completely by pressing the 'x' next to their name.

Assigning project delegates

A project delegate has the same permissions as the project manager - they can edit the name of the project and the RAG status. You might want to assign project delegates if there are times when the project manager might be unavailable.

To make someone a project delegate, they must be a team member on the project (see the information at the top of this article on how to add them) - and then you can click on the Team member next to their name and select Project delegate from the dropdown instead.

The "Who else can see this project" section

This section shows you a list of users for whom this project will appear in their Projects page. It is controlled by the admin panel, where users can be set as "portfolio viewers" - this role is designed for stakeholders who might need access to the project but aren't actively working on it.

A viewer has the same edit/create rights as the team members but is not eligible to be added to meetings or assigned to work items.
