As an Admin you can export your data to an excel spreadsheet. This will allow you to create custom reports using Excel or a data platform such as PowerBI.
- Login to Sharktower with your Admin account.
- Click your initials or avatar on the top right.
- Navigate to Data Extract on the top navigation.
- Click Extract Data. This should only take a few seconds and will download the excel spreadsheet.
The data extract will include:
- Summary of extract details
- Outcomes
- Projects
- Issues
- Risks
- Tasks
- Decisions
- Stories
- Allocations
- Clusters
- Cross Project Dependencies
- Activities
- Portfolios
