How do I re-send a user an activation email?

On the log in screen, click the Forgot password link

From here, you can enter the user's email address and generate a new link for them to log in.


Does Sharktower support Single Sign-On?

SSO is available to our enterprise customers yes - if you're not sure which plan you're on, give us a shout at help@sharktower.com.


What's my organisation name?

If you're not sure what your organisation name is, you can contact your administrator or email help@sharktower.com.. It should be either a commonly used acronym for your company (e.g. BBC) or its full name, with any spaces separated by hyphens (e.g. john-lewis).


How to reset your password

On the log in screen, click the Forgot password link.



Then, enter your registered Sharktower email address and click SEND REQUEST.

You'll be emailed confirmation with a link to reset your password.

Note: Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't receive the email in your inbox.



Note: the reset password link in the email is valid for 5 days, after which time the above process must be repeated.
