How can I see what my Sharktower permissions are?

Permissions in Sharktower are predominantly driven by which projects you have access to - so going to the Projects page shows you a summary of your permissions/access.


If you want to know more details, ask your Admin to check the Admin Panel. If you need help you can contact us.


Is it possible to change the email address I log in with?

Any Admin can do this for you so simply speak to them and they can alter it in the Admin Panel.


How do I set my personal working patterns? What does this do?

You can set your personal working patterns in the Profile area (click on your avatar in the top right). This information feeds through to the Allocation section of each project so that project managers are able to see your availability.


Can I get email notifications from Sharktower?

Yes you can. Once you've logged into Sharktower click your avatar (or initials) in the top right and click profile. Scroll down to Notifications, you can toggle this on and off. You'll get notified by email for things like task assignment, being tagged in comments and being invited to a meeting.
